Compassionate virtual support for neurodivergence, burnout, families, and life transitions across Canada.
Mindscape Wellness was created from lived experience — and from the belief that support should feel human, collaborative, and grounded in real life.
Care here is not about fixing people. It’s about helping people understand themselves, build capacity, and move forward with support that fits.

Life Coach | Counselling Student | Burnout, Emotional Support & Life Transitions
I created Mindscape to offer the kind of support I rarely saw—affirming, practical, relationship-based care that honours complexity rather than reducing people to problems.
My approach to this work is shaped not just by training, but by lived experience. I understand what it feels like to move through the world differently—to question yourself, to feel out of step, or to carry more than others can see.
Over time, I’ve come to see that many of the struggles we experience aren’t signs that something is wrong with us—but that we’ve been trying to navigate systems, expectations, and environments that don’t always fit.
This perspective is at the core of how I work.
I support:
My approach is inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and welcoming of all identities, including LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals.

Early Childhood Educator | Parent Coach | Child Development & Regulation Support
My approach to this work is shaped not only by my training as an Early Childhood Educator, but by my lived experience as a parent. I understand what it feels like to be in the middle of overwhelming moments with your child—to question yourself, to feel unsure, and to wonder if you’re getting it right. Over time, I’ve come to see that many of the challenges children face aren’t signs that something is wrong with them—but that they are navigating big emotions, unmet needs, or environments that don’t always support how they experience the world. This understanding is at the core of how I support families.
I work with:
My approach is inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and welcoming of all family structures and identities, including LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, exploring change, or simply wanting steadier ground—you’re welcome here.
