You might connect with Jacki if you've spent a long time trying to hold everything together, understand yourself, or find support that actually feels like it fits. You may be navigating neurodivergence, burnout, grief or loss, a major life transition, or simply reaching a point where doing it all on your own isn't working anymore.
Jacki offers a warm, curious and collaborative space where you don't have to perform, mask, or have everything figured out. She helps people make sense of what they're experiencing, understand themselves with greater compassion, and find ways forward that fit who they are and the life they're actually living.
Jacki trained in professional counselling at Rhodes Wellness College and brings both clinical and lived experience to her work. Before counselling, she spent 20 years as a hairstylist and business owner, raised neurodivergent children before discovering her own neurodivergence in adulthood, and experienced significant grief and loss from a young age. These experiences, alongside her work with diverse and neurodivergent clients, shape an approach grounded in connection, curiosity and the belief that people don't need to be fixed to be supported.
